Security Audits for Companies

The audit will involve a comprehensive technical study of the operational status of the security system of the installation in question, under the existing configuration with the client.

It is not the purpose of this audit service to review or operate on the state of the installation itself. This section is excluded from the scope of the audit.

The presence of technical personnel with knowledge of the installation is a prerequisite for carrying out the relevant technical work on the different installed security systems, as well as for the supervision of the overall security system. This includes analyzing equipment and personnel responsible for various areas.

The audit will be drafted addressing the following points:

Expert Reports

We implement a set of security measures adopted to protect both personnel and client assets. Due to the heterogeneity of the different types of clients, each plan will be effective to the extent that it can adapt to the specificities of each establishment, business, or residence.

Thus, a comprehensive security project constitutes a complex design in which human talent, technical resources, and regulatory frameworks are managed to achieve effective protection in all aspects related to a client’s security. To do this, the process focuses on identifying and specifying the subjects and assets to be protected; the factors by which they may be threatened; the actions, timeframes, and inputs to be executed for their safeguarding; and the measures to be taken in the event of possible incidents or dangers.

As each client is different, it is fundamental to analyze specifically each of their circumstances and risks to define and organize the necessary resources and measures for the protection of the exterior and interior of their installations, their communications, supply points, and other vulnerable elements.

The Civil Procedure Law establishes among the means of evidence in a procedure or litigation the expert opinion of Peritos. The expert report becomes another means of evidence, susceptible to being used by the parties to provide judicial conviction criteria in a certain direction within the framework of a process.

Official Expertise

The purpose of the Judicial Expertise Turn in private security is to provide advice and expert opinion in proceedings requested by the judge, ex officio, by the party entitled to legal aid or the Public Prosecutor.

Partisan Expertise

The purpose of the Partisan Expert in private security is to provide advice and expert opinion in proceedings where requested.

Scope of Expertise in the Private Security Sector

Private security experts may issue expert opinions in civil, criminal, or administrative trials, when judges or courts or the PARTIES believe it is appropriate for an expert to prepare an expert opinion on private security matters; potentially having to intervene in cases related to: users of security companies, with the service provided by those same companies, for claims from their private security users, in the face of government appeals or, for example, in criminal cases, to settle responsibilities, if necessary, in accidents, evacuations, security plans, position orders,…

In WHAT CASES IS EXPERTISE IN PRIVATE SECURITY NECESSARY?

As stated in article 335 of the Civil Procedure Law, which indicates when such expert opinion will be necessary:

When scientific, artistic, technical, or practical knowledge is necessary to assess relevant facts or circumstances in the matter or to acquire certainty about them, the parties may provide the process with the expert opinion of experts who possess the corresponding knowledge or request, in the cases provided for in this law, that an opinion be issued by an expert appointed by the court.”

That is, in cases where the knowledge of the Judge or Tribunal who must issue a judgment is not adequate to properly appreciate and evaluate certain facts that are important for it to substantiate the judgment.

In this case, the parties involved in the procedure may provide the process with the expert opinion of experts who possess the corresponding knowledge, as established by article 335 L.E.C.

Cybersecurity CCTV

Data security threats on your IP cameras lurk much more frequently than you might think. That’s why the issue of cybersecurity in video surveillance is not something to be taken lightly, as it makes you very vulnerable to hacker attacks, information loss, and privacy violations.

An IP camera, by its nature, will always be connected to the data network. This is an advantage, as it allows you to access the captured information at all times from any network-connected device. Now, perhaps you haven’t considered this relationship between cybersecurity and video surveillance before.
